Jesus is Dead?

"That I may know Him and the Power
of His Resurrection . . " Phil. 3:10
A Response
Christians who have had a genuine, personal experience and
relationship with God through Christ can easily
attest to the reality of His resurrection, but
that doesn't necessarily help someone who has
not had that experience. But think for a moment!
Who is really dying? Generation after generation
dies but the proclamation of Jesus Christ lives
on. How is it that Christianity has
survived for over 2000 years, suffering much
persecution throughout history, without the
sustenance of God's love, power and
faithfulness, as well as the personal
testimonies of those who follow Christ.
Have you checked out all of the evidence?
Joh 6:51 I am the living bread which came down
out of heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he
shall live for ever: yea and the bread which I
will give is my flesh, for the life of the
world.
Joh 7:38 He that believeth on me, as the
scripture hath said, from within him shall flow
rivers of living water.
Act 4:33 And with great power the
apostles gave testimony of the resurrection of
the Lord Jesus, and great grace was upon them
all.
Rom 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Joh 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth;
the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I
speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are
life.
My testimony: God is alive and well, and
continues to deliver His promises to those who
trust in Him.
We will not find the
love of God and the life of Christ if we look at
the condition of this world. It's the ways of
the world and sinful hearts that are dead.
These will not find a place in God's eternal
kingdom. If we look at the spiritual
darkness, sin and death of this world and
attribute it to God than yes we can say Christ
is dead. But if we realize that it is a
living God, Who is condemning the same spiritual
darkness, sin and death in order to open our
eyes and turn us to salvation and life in Christ
than we agree with Him. Jesus Christ paid
a great price in His suffering and crucifixion
in order to save us, and this should not be
taken lightly but thoroughly investigated.
Rejecting God's truth leads to all kinds of
errors in judgment and leaves us to our own
destruction. The Apostle Paul states,
Rom 1:9 - 22 For the wrath
(abhorrence) of God is revealed from heaven
against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of
men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness
(suppress the truth); Because that which may be
known of God is manifest in them; for God hath
shewed it unto them. For the invisible things
of him from the creation of the world are
clearly seen, being understood by the things
that are made, even his eternal power and
Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Because that, when they knew God, they glorified
him not as God, neither were thankful; but
became vain in their imaginations, and their
foolish heart was darkened. Professing
themselves to be wise, they became fools.
If we suppress the truth than we will never see
our need for salvation and will reject God's
call. God does not bring our attention to
our fallen state to condemn or belittle us, but
in order for us to see our need for redemption
and accept His free gift of salvation in Christ
and live. Now is the day of salvation.
Act 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any
other: for there is none other name under heaven
given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Act 17:30 And the times of this ignorance God
winked at; but now commandeth all men every
where to repent:
